Our goal is to provide you with outstanding customer service. Please let us know immediately if you have moved or changed any of your other personal information, including your automatic billing information. It's easy to forget to notify us when your card has expired, so our billing system is set up to notify you when you check-in to the facility if your billing information is about to expire or if your membership is past due. If your credit card is lost or stolen, please also notify us immediately so we can help avoid any penalties for late or returned payment on your account.
To update your information, just stop by the front desk to complete and sign a change form. Due to CA civil code regarding membership agreements, we have to have any changes from you in writing.
For cancellations or freezes of membership, you will need to fill out a Membership Cancellation Request or a Membership Freeze Request. Please see the respective sections of this web site for details on both cancellations and freezes. For upgrades or transfers of memberships, we will need to have you stop in and fill out a new membership agreement. Effective January, 2006, you will be required yearly to complete a membership renewal form due to CA civil codes.
