All memberships purchased as of January 1, 2006 include both the Group Exercise and Specialty classes. Some limited memberships purchased prior to January 1, 2006 may not include specialty classes listed in this section. If you are a current member, please refer to your membership agreement for membership details. If you wish to upgrade your membership to include specialty classes, please see the "Current Member Assistance" section of this web site or contact Miko at 408-946-0600 between 11 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All programs are included with our $49 Membership. If you do not have this type of membership and would like to upgrade, please see our front desk. Company paid accounts include classes from the group exercise schedule only.
We are pleased to announce that Tina Vo is recovering and back to teach her classes!
All group exercises are held in the shared group exercise/basketball court. Basketball may be played at anytime there is not a class scheduled. Basketballs may be checked out at the front desk with collateral (i.e., driver’s license).
Sign-in on the class attendance sheets located in the front of the basketball court prior to class. Please notify the instructor if this is your first time attending class. It is recommended that you consult your doctor prior to commencing any new exercise program.
Please do not disturb classes that are in session. A water fountain is available in the front lobby.

Specialty classes, except for spinning, are held in the Namaste Specialty Class Studio located next to the pool. Please do not disturb classes that are in session. A water fountain is available in the front lobby.
Spinning classes are held on the second level directly at the top of the stairs from the main lobby. Classes are limited to 10 participants and are first-come, first serve. Obtain your class ticket when you sign-in at the front desk. It is recommended that you bring a water bottle to class. Please remember to sanitize your spin bike after you have completed class.
