Group exercise classes are held in the shared group exercise/basketball court located down the main hallway to the right, just before the exit to the pool. For your safety, please arrive on time for class so you can participate in a proper warmup. Proper clothing and footwear is required. No black sole shoes are permitted on the court.
If you have not participated in an exercise program before, please consult your doctor prior to attending classes. Please inform the instructor if this is your first class and make them aware of any special conditions you may have so they can recommend if the class is right for you.
Exercise at your own pace and do what feels right to your body. Enjoy class!

Awesome Abs
Our most popular class! This 30-minute core stabilization and shaping class will help you activate, develop, and stabilize your core musculature. The reason there is so much hype surrounding the "core" is because it provides the base and anchor for your overall strength, safety, and appearance. Weak core muscles lead to poor posture which can result in back pain and an overall less fit appearance. Classes will be varied to maximize your results. A variety of small equipment such as the resist-a-ball may be used.
Ballet Barre
Classical ballet barre work to help you engage and strengthen those core muscles.Learn these traditional ballet moves that shape, tone, and sculpt your body, and improve your grace and agility.[It’s like pilates on the move!]
Boot Camp
"Your Momma's are not here to take care of you!" Here are your draft orders! Report at 1800 on Thursdays for Basic Training. This challenging workout incorporates military style basic training drills to get you in the best shape of your life. Don't miss it. You can report at anytime during a camp, however, if you haven't tried BootCamp, we recommend you start at the beginning of the tour.
Cardio Kick
"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee." This workout is a knockout! This is a challenging class guaranteed to work ALL of yoru body while you learn basick kickboxing moves. It includes coordinated shadowboxing patterns combined with athletic/calisthenics drills. Try it for kicks! No step, no coordination required. Just courage!
Cardio Sculpt
A great combo of light resistance training with high energy step aerobics and free style aerobics. A variety of small equipment is used for the resistance training segments including SPRI bands or light hand weights.

Dance & Sculpt
An energizing combination of aerobics & resistance training with a choreographed dance twist. This class combines dance techniques from ballet, jazz, and hip-hop with intervals of resistance training to create an exciting combination and a workout that’s sure to get you moving. Come join us! No dance experience necessary.
Muscle Pump
This ultimte sculpting class is non-stop, toning the abs, legs, and upper body using SPRI tubing, resist-a-balls, and free weights. Use your muscles effectively by coordinating your muscle groups, learn proper lifting techniques, and improve your balance and coordination. No step, no coordination required. Non-aerobic.
