Our new personal training program special will be posted here soon!
SBAC's Personal Trainer Voted Best in Milpitas for 2004, 2005 & 2006
Getting in shape can be difficult—especially if you’re unsure how to exercise.  Hiring a SBAC personal trainer takes the mystery out of exercise, making fitness work for you.  While you may not have considered utilizing a trainer before, working with one can benefit you in ways that working out by yourself may not.  A SBAC personal fitness professional assesses exactly what your body can and cannot do, taking the guesswork out of which exercises are appropriate for you, what kind of regimen you should follow and what your weekly overall fitness plan should be. You will learn proper exercise form, techniques and progression, which will protect you from potential injuries caused by incorrect movement or lifting the wrong amount of weight.  Our trainers can help you reach your goals faster, maximizing every minute you spend in the gym.  Even if you just use a trainer for a couple of sessions to learn the basics, it’s worth it.  Your SBAC trainer will always be looking after your body’s best interests, so you are free to concentrate on your main goal—getting results! Each session is a personal experience, based on your body, fitness level, and individual needs.  SBAC trainers use NASM protocols and  progressive techniques such as plyometrics, myofascial release, proprioceptive training and other current strategies.  Your sessions include complete postural analysis for corrective exercise training as well as measurements for marking your progress.   Start achieving your goals today.
TRAINING RATES

All SBAC trainers are certified professionals.  However, like all industries, our trainers have various years of experience, college and national certifications.  Fees are based on their education and years of experience in the industry.  So whatever your budget, you can find assistance.  All programs performed by Level 1 trainers are monitored by Level 3 trainers, ensuring that you are getting the best possible training at the best price.

Sessions Level 1 Level 2 Level 3
5 $175 $325 $400
10 $325 $600 $650
