Yoga & Yoga Stretch

Join us for this relaxing introduction to yoga.  Combining various stretching techniques with yoga poses will help you elongate those tight muscles and improve your posture.  Yoga stretch is 30 minutes/Yoga is 60 minutes

 

Indoor Cycling Classes

Boost your endurance with this specialty class which simulates outdoor cycling with steep hills, flats, speed sessions, small rolling hills, along with other road conditions you may encounter on a outdoor ride except traffic jams!  There is little impact on the joints, and all participants exercise at their own level.    We have 30-miunute Spin Express classes at lunch to help you fit your cardio in during the new Year!  Our new Spin & Sculpt class increases the results with intervals of resistance training. 

 

Pilates

Offering a truly challenging workout for all fitness levels, this 1-hour session will balance your body, heighten your internal awareness, and teach you to work your body as one unit.  Its unique approach emphasizes core abdominal and back stability.  Sign-in at the front desk for this class.
